  LR Law’s founders and management possess more than 35 years of experience in managing both legal and conventional collection agencies. LR Law’s management is personally involved in the day-to-day resolution of every account placed with LR Law and is dedicated to both maintaining the highest standards and hiring only the best staff available.  
                   
 

Key Personnel

 
  Mark Walsh, Esq., President  
  Has been a resident of California for more than 21 years. Mr. Walsh has four years of collection management experience while working in the San Diego office of one of the largest national collection agencies.  Mr. Walsh was instrumental in the creation of the first Southern California program for collecting outstanding traffic fines. After working with this agency, Mr. Walsh went to Law School where he graduated Cum Laude after three years. He then passed the bar and has been working as an attorney for the last five years.  

 

Richard Davis, C.E.O.

 
  Has been a resident of California for more than 10 years. Mr. Davis moved to San Diego after graduating from the University of Wisconsin with a B.S. in Economics in 1992. Mr. Davis has nearly 12 years of collection management experience for nationwide collection firms and has a proven track record of maximizing recoveries. Before coming to Legal Recovery Law Offices, Mr. Davis was the General Collections Manager of a law office in San Diego and responsible for a 47% increase in recoveries.  

Richard Sitter, Vice President - Collections
Has been a resident of California predominately his entire life.  Mr. Sitter graduated from the University of California, Fresno with a B.S. in Criminology. Mr. Sitter has spent the last six years in the collection business. He was honored with the “Top Gun of the Year” award as the top producing collector while working for one the largest collection agencies in the nation. Mr. Sitter has over seven years of both extensive agency and law firm collection management experience.

  Richard Moses, Vice President - Client Relations    
  Has been a resident of California for more than 30 years. Mr. Moses graduated from National University  in San Diego with a degree in Business Administration.  Mr. Moses has over nine years of collection management experience, with over three years of educational receivable and government loan experience. Prior to his collection career, he owned and operated a chain of successful retail clothing stores over a span of seven years.
