Important Terms and Conditions
- BOFA/FIA Accounts Only: If you are making a payment on a BOFA/FIA account, we are not permitted to accept a credit card payment. As such, only submit a payment by ACH if your are making a payment on a BOFA/FIA account.
- Making a Payment: If you are currently on an approved monthly payment plan, you must at least make the payment required of the plan. You can make a payment greater than required of your payment plan without penalty. However, your paying more than the required payment will not waive your responsibility to make any future payment required of the payment plan. Your failure to make the payment required of the payment plan will result in a default of the approved payment plan.
- Approved Payment Plan: If you are not on an approved payment plan, your payment today will be applied to the total amount of your bill. However, if you are not paying the balance of your bill, we suggest that you contact an LRLO representative today at 800-785-4001 to get on an approved payment plan. A payment made of less than the balance without being on an approved payment plan will be processed, but will NOT halt any further collection and/or legal activity. If a lawsuit has been filed, being on an approved payment plan will allow LRLO to put a hold on further collection and/or legal activity.
- Payment Processing: Online payments are processed within 4 to 8 business hours of the payment submission. As such, if not on an approved payment plan, and if a lawsuit has been filed against you, or if you believe a lawsuit is being filed against you, it is recommended that you contact an LRLO representative at 800-785-4001 to inform them of your payment so that the representative can immediately verify the payment and determine if a hold can be placed on further collection and/or legal activity.
- Phone Number: Your phone number is requested so that we may contact you if there is any problem processing your payment.
- Email Address: Your email address is requested so that we may email you a receipt of your payment, and notify you of any future payments that are due to be processed.
